Mike has focused much of his energies into grappling for the last two years. 

At 5 foot 6 and 200 hundred pounds, mike is a dangerous grappling opponent.  I can tell you (from personal experience... ouch!) that he is fast and mean and incredibly strong. Mike has been a loyal friend of mine for many years and I know him quite well.  He is focused and intense as well as a great teacher.  I will organize a photo shoot and make a gallery of a grappling session in the near future.  So check  out Mike's site again in the near future.
